OUR SERVICES

Face-to-Face (Appointment or Drop In)

Our face-to-face support service provides in-depth information and support to women subjected to domestic violence and abuse. Our compassionate and experienced team is here to listen, guide, and help you take the next steps toward safety and healing. We recommend making an appointment to ensure a support worker is available to see you at your chosen time.

While we welcome drop-ins, please be aware that you may be asked to return at a later time if no support worker is free. Your safety and well-being are our priority, and we will do our best to accommodate you as quickly as possible.

Over the Phone
(Helpline or Text)

Our helpline provides a safe and confidential space where you can speak to a trained member of our team who will listen carefully to your story, offer guidance, and signpost you to relevant services. Whether you are experiencing a crisis or just need someone to talk to, we are here to support you.

In some situations, our team may suggest a crisis intervention to address immediate safety concerns. Depending on your needs, we may also recommend coming in for a face-to-face appointment to provide further support and assistance.

1-to-1 Support
(Court Accompaniment, Counselling, Safety Planning)

Our 1-to-1 support services are designed to offer personalised assistance on an appointment-only basis. This support may include court accompaniment, where we guide you through the process of applying for a domestic violence order or attending court due to a summons. Our team will assess your eligibility for the order you are seeking and explain the next steps following your court visit.

Additionally, we provide tailored safety planning to help you and your children stay safe, giving you practical strategies to protect yourselves in difficult situations.

Group Work
(Support for Teenagers Living with Abuse)

Growing up in an environment of domestic abuse can leave lasting emotional effects. Our group work programme is designed to support teenagers who have experienced domestic abuse at home.

Through peer support and guided sessions, young people can share their feelings in a safe space, learn coping strategies, and build resilience. Our aim is to help them feel empowered and supported as they navigate their journey to healing.
